My health was rarely thought of as “good” growing up. Not terrible, but defiantly not good, which has made me an open vessel for learning and advocating for myself

Every thought, every ego burst, every trigger dissected…still dissecting.

The brain is a muscle. If we don’t use it, we lose it.

I am grateful that I feel so compelled to learn.

I had never thought of myself as a warrior until I heard that. Now, all I do is imagine myself in a warrior light suit, defeating any unwanted entities near or far.

Taking my power back and WANTING health, striving for it, was the most powerful step forward, and I have never looked back… even when I did.

I am as much a lover, as I am a fighter for good.

I am as calm as I am wild and free.

I am as gentle, as I am hard and strong.

I am a lone wolf as much as I am loud in a crowd and love my pack.

I am as mystical as I am devoted to God.

I am light, I am love, I am I am I am.

And so are you.

The stories, the exchanges, the love for true earth, was palpable. So out popped, very quickly I might add, the birth of Kisses to Go Artisan Tea Company.

Consciously crafted, mindfully sourced, and vibrationally cleansed

Dedicated to creating tasty, nourishing blends by intuition.

Letting the herbs teach me has been incredible, and so continues my self-taught herbalism journey.

A bit about me…

I’m Lindsay. Vancouver Island born and raised. With a lovely long stint of Vancouver life, which I still cherish.

I can be boisterous, big feeling’d, socially awkward & filled with pet names for people I don’t know.

I venture to move, but be still—a paradox that I welcome.

I love creation and believe its the only reason we were put on this planet. Creation and to feel.

The forest is a place that holds my heart and makes me feel grounded, alive, peaceful & secure.

It is said that the warrior path is the person who leaves no rock unturned in regards to their health.

That the struggle moving through the healing journey only furthers the warrior’s drive to search deeper and heal harder.

That although it feels like you’re getting sicker, you’re not. You are deep cleaning and cleansing on a cellular level. Completely emptying out the junk drawer.

I created this tea company because I thoroughly enjoyed the exchange I received when a guest loved the flavours and feelings my tea ensued. Their nourishment became my nourishment.

I started to better understand that all the intention work I had done for myself; the love notes I left for myself, the “blissings” I did over my food and water, the solfeggio frequencies I played, the meditation I engaged in, the praying I was doing, the sound healing I was incorporating— all of it lead lead to this. The nourishing of others which further nourished me.
