Intention is everything
Practising intention changed my life and brought me closer to Mother Nature and in turn, myself.
I realized that if I ate with intention, purchased with intention, created with intention, my mind, body & soul were constantly thriving.
How incredible is it that through thought and intention alone, we can take a plant, sing to it, send it loving kindness and watch it thrive. Wow.
So what makes us resist that for ourselves? We are made of water after all. Don’t we deserve the same love & care? The answer is always, yes, yes we do…but like everything…
It is a practise we get better and better at as we continue to do our best.
My health was rarely thought of as “good” growing up. This has made me an open vessel for learning and advocating for myself, not following the herd, but listening intently to my own inner compass.
Taking my power back and WANTING health, striving for it, was the most powerful step forward
I am as much a lover, as I am a fighter for good.
I am as calm as I am wild and free.
I am as gentle, as I am hard and strong.
I am a lone wolf as much as I am loud in a crowd and love my pack.
I am as mystical as I am devoted to God.
I am light, I am love, I am I am I am.

Letting the herbs teach me, has been incredible, and so continues my self-taught herbalism journey.

A bit about me…
I’m Lindsay. Vancouver Island born and raised. With a lovely long stint of Vancouver life, which I still cherish.
I can be boisterous, big feeling’d, socially awkward & filled with pet names for people I don’t know.
I venture to move, but be still—a paradox that I welcome.
I love creation and believe its the only reason we were put on this planet. Creation and to feel.
Learning that I was responsible for my own health was a super power I could not unlearn. Nor did I want to.
I created this tea company because I thoroughly enjoy the exchange I receive when someone feels nourished at the hands of my creations/meals/teas.
I started to better understand that all the intention work I had done for myself; the love notes I left for myself, the “blissings” I did over my food and water, the solfeggio frequencies I played, the meditation I engaged in, the praying I was doing, the sound healing I was incorporating— all of it lead lead to this. The nourishing of others which further nourished me.
