Intention is everything

Beginning the practise of intention changed my life and brought me to Mother Nature. Intentionally creating teas for myself and guests, was something I was drawn to when I realized, quite clearly,

our health is in our own hands

That if I ate with intention, purchased with intention, created with intention, my unconscious mind would thrive.

It is said that our intention and thoughts can single “mindedly” change the molecular structure of anything that Mother Nature creates ( which is always enhanced by water) Including us, of course.

How incredible that through thought and intention alone we can take a plant, sing to it, send it loving kindness and watch it thrive. Wow.

We are made of 70-80% water, so it would seem that speaking kindly to ones self would be of great importance. Food for thought.

I was named Lindsay. I am Vancouver Island born and raised.

I can be boisterous, big feeling’d, socially awkward & filled with pet names for people I don’t know.

I venture to move but be still.

A paradox that I welcome

I love creation and believe that’s the only reason we were put here.

The forest is a place that holds my heart.

My health was rarely thought of as ‘good’ growing up, not terrible, but defiantly not good. Which has made me an open vessel for learning and advocating for self.

Alchemizing my space each day, one step at a time.

Every thought

Every ego burst

every trigger

dissected.

Our brain is a muscle. If we don’t use it, we lose it. So I am grateful I feel so compelled to learn.

It is said that the warrior path is the person who leaves no rock unturned in regards to their health. That the struggle moving through the healing journey, only furthers the warriors drive to search deeper and heal harder. That although it feels like your getting sicker, you’re not. You are deep cleaning and cleansing on a cellular level. Completely emptying out the junk drawer.

I had never thought of myself as a warrior until I heard that. Now, all I do is imagine myself in a warrior sun suit, that defeats any unwanted entity from any where close to my auric field….what?…you don’t play mind dress up?

Taking my power back and wanting HEALTH was the most powerful step forward, (and back and everything in between.) and I have never looked back…even when I did.

I am as much of a lover, as I am a fighter for good.

I am as calm as I am wild and free.

I am as gentle, as I am hard and strong.

I am a lone wolf as much as I am loud in a crowd & love my pack.

I am as witchy as I am devoted to God.

I am light, I am love, I am I am I am.

And so are you

I created this tea company because I thoroughly enjoyed the exchange I received when a guest loved the flavours and feeling of my tea. Their nourishment became my physical nourishment.

I started to better understand that all the intention work I had done for myself; the love notes I left myself, the ‘blissings’ I did over my food and water, the solfeggio frequencies I played, the meditation I engaged in, the praying I was doing, the sound healing I was incorporating, had all lead to this, the nourishing of others which further nourished me.

The stories, the exchanges, the love for true earth, was palpable.

So out popped, very quickly I might add, the birth of

Kisses To Go Tea & Co.

Consciously crafted, vibrationally cleansed

Dedicated to creating tasty, nourishing blends by intuition.

Letting the herbs teach me has been incredible. And so continues my self taught Herbalism journey.

Always open to learning more, always dedicated to positive healing vibrations while creating.

Intention is everything. Unseen frequencies are abundant and are here to teach us, if we slow down and listen, look, touch, taste and feel, they will envelop you with their abundance.
