Lemon Balm OR Holy Basil/Tulsi, Mullein, Chamomile, Ashwagandha, Rose, Lavender
All Herbs are Certified Organic
4oz bags approx 35-45 cups of tea ( as long as you use pots)
DIRECTIONS : Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min
